"Let us not presume that because the way is at times difficult and challenging, our Heavenly Father is not mindful of us. He is rubbing off our rough edges and sensitizing us for our great responsibilities ahead. May His blessings be upon us spiritually, that we may have a sweet companionship with the Holy Ghost, and that our footsteps might be guided along paths of truth and righteousness. And may each of us follow the Lord’s comforting counsel: “Be patient in afflictions, for thou shalt have many; but endure them, for, lo, I am with thee, even unto the end of thy days” (D&C 24:8).
I am Loretta..wife to Tim and mom to 6 great kids. Autumn, Andrew, Jordan, Jacob, Abigail and Annah and mother-in-law to Lisa and McKenna, Heather and Daniel. I am a grandmother to *6 grandsons (soon to be 7!) and one granddaughter!
Tim and I have been married for 35 years and have lived in central Kentucky for 25 years of those years! Cancer invaded our lives in December 2008 when Tim was diagnosed with base of tongue cancer but in spite of it, we are still a happy and thriving family! I am grateful for my life, all we have come through, all we are going through and all that is yet to come because I believe, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger."
